Kigai is the youngest of the Spectrum Senshi.  She has a fairly simple perspective on life and a sunny disposition.  During her time as a Negaverse captive, she was the most resistant to their treatments to taint her.  As result to extra torture, she lost effective use her legs and needs crutches when not transformed.  She is normally physically weak, so Bengosha and Furea always watch out for her.
