Request Forms

We now have seperate forms for senshi and civilian requests. A big thanks to our wonderful friend Sakky who we are eternally indebted to for the coding and hosting of the forms. If your character is neither a civilian or a sailor senshi, use whichever form makes the most sense for the character's outfit. Be sure you have reviewed the rules before you submit these forms. Requests that do not follow the rules WILL be deleted.

The Civilian Request Form can be found by clicking on the little Prae Icon on the left.
The Senshi Request Form can be found by clicking the little SoA Icon on the right.

After you submit your form, you can follow it's status on the ToT Forums in the Requests section.
