EDIT - I will edit off the blank lineart and CG cel style it by default. If you want softer shading, please specify in the 'other notes' box

COLORED SKETCH - These are a lot more awesome than they sound. If you select 'CG' or 'Hand Drawn', I will automatically default to this. It involves scanning a sketch and coloring under the lineart in photoshop. If you ask for something fully inked I will move your request to the grab bag.

Civilian and Group Policies:

Civilian Character Policies: I am not taking civilian requests at this time.
Group Request Policies: I will do the following for groups:
The blank with the most senshi in it is 16, so I will do up to 16 people in an edit.
I will do up to 3 for Hand Drawn/CG

Other Comments:

-I am currently in college (Industrial Art and Design), and will not work on requests during and proceeding the weeks of my midterms and finals. These dates will be posted on my thread on the forums as they come to my knowledge.

-Even though I am recolour savvy, I will not do ones with little or practically no change, such as, "Exactly like Sailor Moon but with a Green front bow" or, "Exactly like Sailor Mercury, but with a red streak in her bangs". A'ight? Good.

- I do NOT like to be bothered about requests. If you bother me about it more than 3 times, I will drop your request and toss it in the grab bag

-I will not do requests if a character looks too much like another character I know of, and I will not do what I call 'Otaku Frankensenshi'. If I can trace 3 Major things about your character back to 1 or more senshi that do not belong to you, I will toss your request into the grab bag. Sorry.

-I do not do Male Sailor Senshi.

-I do not do Collar-less Sailor Senshi.

-I share Shuu's pet peeve about Bangs. DESCRIBE YOUR CHARACTER'S BANGS, PLZ.

-I like reference images. Very, VERY much. If you cannot provide a reference image, please give me as MUCH detail in description as possible!!
