Sailor Alpha was orphaned and a young age under the rule of a rutheless and corrupt government. Disgusted by the place of citizens and the loopholes that allowed unexpected execution of her families, Weshahaal sought out a means of justice. It did not take her long to hear of and find Seishou-Yami, who saw the young girl's potential as a Sailor Soldier. With the help of some of Seishou's other soldiers, they supported a revolution towards a new government. As Sailor Alpha, she is rarely seen without her parner Sailor Omega. The pair are reclusive and are known as Seishou-Yami's assassins.
