Sailor Seishou-Yami is only known as Koukei when she descends to a planet and masquerades as a normal citizen. She is a stubborn and strong-willed senshi, born at the same time as Mahou-Henshin. She often does not think before she acts and is very ambitious. She created a small paralell universe to run her base out of to conqure the main universe. Many of the senshi in whom she planted starseeds dwell with her there.
